Intellect: Indonesian Journal of Learning and Technological Innovation applies a single, standard Article Processing Charge (APC) to support the sustainable operation of its peer-reviewed, open-access publishing services.

The APC is the journal's standard charge for processing and publishing an accepted manuscript. Authors are not required to pay an additional publication fee beyond the stated APC.

2. What the APC Supports

The APC contributes to the journal's operating costs and supports the services required for responsible scholarly publishing, including:

• Journal platform and technical operations: hosting, system maintenance, security, and online publishing infrastructure.
• Editorial management: manuscript administration, editorial correspondence, workflow coordination, and editorial services.
• Peer-review administration: coordination of independent expert assessments and reviewer services.
• Publication preparation: manuscript production, formatting, and management of publication metadata.

Where applicable, the publisher may provide honoraria for editorial and reviewing services. Such payments are independent of reviewers' recommendations and editorial decisions.

3. Editorial Independence and Peer Review

Payment does not influence the acceptance or rejection of any manuscript. Every submission is evaluated according to the journal's editorial standards, focus and scope, research quality, originality, and publication ethics.

All manuscripts follow the journal's regular editorial process, including initial screening, independent peer review when appropriate, author revision where required, and a final editorial decision. The journal does not offer priority review, guaranteed acceptance, or guaranteed publication in exchange for payment.

Editorial timelines may vary depending on reviewer availability, manuscript quality, and the extent of revisions required.

4. Payment Procedure

The APC is payable only after a manuscript has been formally accepted for publication. The corresponding author will receive official payment instructions from the journal or its publisher.

Payments must be made through officially designated publisher payment channels. Authors should not make payments directly to individual editors or reviewers.
