Abstract

Learning Management Systems have become an essential part of education in the digital era. At Politeknik Pertanian Negeri Payakumbuh, the existing Academic Information System has been used as the main learning platform; however, its broad and general scope has not adequately addressed the specific and complex needs of individual study programs, particularly during work-from-home and work-from-anywhere conditions. This study aimed to develop the LMS MALIGO platform for the Computer Engineering Technology Study Program, with a focus on a web-based examination feature. The study adopted an Agile methodology and employed validity and effectiveness testing for data analysis. The results showed that LMS MALIGO obtained a validity score of 0.73, which was categorized as valid, while the effectiveness score reached 0.30, indicating that the system was moderately effective. These findings suggest that LMS MALIGO can serve as a valid and reasonably effective learning platform, although several aspects still require improvement, particularly data security, user-friendly interface design, and the addition of mobile application and real-time collaboration features.
