About the Journal

Journal of Educational Management and Strategy (JEMAST) aims to present scholarly works related to educational management and strategy, particularly within the context of dynamic and evolving educational systems in both local and global settings. This journal seeks to enhance the understanding and implementation of effective educational governance through the publication of original research articles, reviews, reports, and academic commentaries.
JEMAST covers a wide range of topics, including learning management, teacher professional development, subject content development, educational and learning strategies, innovation in educational management, development of educational delivery mechanisms, creation of efficient environments in educational resource management, and the sharing of new initiatives with international applicability.
Journal of Educational Management and Strategy (e-ISSN: 2964-4283) is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal published by Yayasan Lembaga Studi Makwa (Makwa Foundation) , Indonesia. The articles in this journal are published biannually: January-June and July-December. The editorial team is committed to open and critical dialogue and encourages scholarly papers from different disciplines, using diverse methodologies, and from all corners of the globe.
Please read and understand the author's guidelines for manuscript preparation. Authors who submit manuscripts to the editors should comply with the author's guidelines and template. Manuscripts that do not comply with the guidelines or use a different format will be rejected by the editorial team before review. The editorial team will only accept manuscripts that meet the specified formatting requirements.
Manuscripts and all correspondence should be sent to the Editor-in-Chief through the online submission system using Open Journal Systems 3.3. This journal subscribes to the LOCKSS and CLOCKSS archival systems through the PKP Private LOCKSS and CLOCKSS Network program. To ensure adherence to community standards in archiving policy, JEMAST follows Sherpa Romeo archiving standards.
In 2026, the Journal of Educational Management and Strategy (JEMAST) was officially accredited at SINTA 2 based on the Decree of the Director General of Science and Technology, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, Number 355/DST/D.D1/HM.01.01/2026, concerning the New Accreditation Rankings of Scientific Journals for the Third Period of 2025.
