Journal of Educational Management and Strategy (JEMAST)
The Journal of Educational Management and Strategy (JEMAST) is a peer-reviewed open-access journal published by Makwa Foundation, West Sumatera, Indonesia. JEMAST serves as a platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to exchange ideas and disseminate research findings in the broad areas of educational management, leadership, policy, and strategic development in education.
Our journal is committed to publishing high-quality, original research articles, literature reviews, and case studies that contribute to advancing knowledge and practice in educational management and strategy, with an emphasis on innovative approaches and global perspectives.
Aims and Scope
JEMAST welcomes contributions covering (but not limited to) the following topics:

Publication Frequency
JEMAST is published two times a year (biannually), in June and December. Special issues may be published occasionally on emerging topics of importance in educational management and strategy.
Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to JEMAST undergo a double-anonymous peer review process to ensure objectivity, fairness, and academic rigor. Each submission is evaluated by at least three independent reviewers. Detailed information is available in the Peer-Review Process menu.

JEMAST provides immediate open access to its content under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0)
