Article Review Fee
IDR 400,000 per manuscript

This charge applies to the scholarly review of a manuscript and contributes to the administration and coordination of the peer-review process. It is a review-related fee, not a payment for acceptance or publication.

1. Fee Schedule

Charge Amount Description
Article Review IDR 400,000 Review-related charge for a manuscript entering the applicable peer-review process.

Any separate submission, publication, page, language-editing, or other charges must be disclosed expressly by the journal before they are introduced or collected. The amount stated above must not be interpreted as confirmation that additional categories of charge do or do not apply.

2. Editorial Independence

Editorial screening, reviewer selection, peer-review recommendations, and final decisions are based on the manuscript's scholarly quality, originality, methodological soundness, relevance to the journal's aims and scope, and adherence to research and publication ethics. Payment of the Article Review Fee does not guarantee a favourable review, acceptance, expedited handling, or publication. Financial arrangements must not influence reviewers or editors.

3. Payment Information and Author Enquiries

Authors should receive clear information concerning the applicable fee, its payment stage, payment instructions, and any relevant refund or waiver conditions before a payment is requested. Authors should seek written clarification from the editorial office regarding any charge or condition that has not been explicitly announced. Payments should be made only through officially communicated publisher channels.

4. Review Outcomes and Financial Neutrality

Manuscripts may be accepted, returned for revision, or rejected following editorial and peer-review assessment. A review fee is not a purchase of a positive editorial decision. Where an author seeks clarification about a payment, refund, or exceptional circumstance, the matter should be addressed through the journal's official administrative process without affecting scholarly evaluation.

5. Submission Procedure

Prospective authors are directed to the Makwa Foundation submission form for preliminary editorial screening. Submission through that form does not guarantee acceptance; manuscripts remain subject to the journal's editorial requirements and peer-review procedures.
