About the Journal

Journal of Educational Management and Strategy (JEMAST) aims to present scholarly works related to educational management and strategy, particularly within the context of dynamic and evolving educational systems in both local and global settings. This journal seeks to enhance the understanding and implementation of effective educational governance through the publication of original research articles, reviews, reports, and academic commentaries. JEMAST covers a wide range of topics, including Learning Management, Teacher Professional Development, Subject Content Development, Educational and Learning Strategies, Innovation in Educational Management Across the Spectrum, Development of Educational Delivery Mechanisms, Creation of Efficient Environments in Educational Resource Management, and the Sharing of New Initiatives with International Applicability.
Journal of Educational Management and Strategy (e-ISSN : 2964-4283) is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal published by Yayasan Lembaga Studi Makwa (Makwa Foundation), Indonesia. The articles in this journal are published bi-annually: January–June and July–December. The editorial team is committed to open and critical dialogue and encourages scholarly papers from different disciplines, using diverse methodologies, and from all corners of the globe.
Please read and understand the author's guidelines for the preparation manuscript. The author who submits a manuscript to the editors should comply with the author's guidelines and template. If the submitted manuscript does not comply with the guidelines or using a different format, it will be rejected by the editorial team before being reviewed. The editorial team will only accept a manuscript that meets the specified formatting requirements.
Manuscripts and all correspondence should be sent to the Editor-in-Chief, via online submission system Open Journal System 3.3. This journal subscribes LOCKSS and CLOCKSS archival system based at Stanford University Libraries, United Kingdom, through PKP Private LOCKSS and CLOCKSS Network program. As to ensure the best adherence to community standards in JEMAST archiving policy, JEMAST is adherence to Sherpa Romeo archiving standards.
