The Intellect : Indonesian Journal of Learning and Technological Innovation aims to promote research and scholarship on the innovation of technology in secondary and higher education, as well as promote effective practice, and inform policy in education. The Intellect publishes papers related to theoretical foundations, design, analysis and implementation, as well as effectiveness and impact issues related to learning technology. Intellect: Indonesian Journal of Learning and Technological Innovation (ISSN: 2962-9233) is an open-access, peer-reviewed international scientific journal published by the Makwa Foundation. This journal serves as an academic platform for the dissemination of high-quality research findings, theoretical analyses, and innovative practices in the field of educational technology and digital learning innovation. Intellect is published twice a year, in June and December, and aims to promote the integration of technology and pedagogy to enhance learning effectiveness, foster creativity, and support evidence-based educational reform in Indonesia and beyond.

The journal focuses on studies related to the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of technology-enhanced learning systems in secondary and higher education. It encourages interdisciplinary research that bridges the domains of education, computer science, and information technology, particularly in areas such as e-learning, learning management systems (LMS), artificial intelligence (AI) in education, virtual and augmented reality, ICT-based curriculum design, and policy innovation for digital transformation in education. In addition to learning technologies, the journal also accommodates manuscripts discussing renewable and emerging technologies that contribute to educational sustainability and innovation.

All manuscripts submitted to Intellect are evaluated through a double-blind peer-review process, ensuring objectivity, academic rigor, and research integrity. The editorial board strictly follows the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines and maintains high standards of scholarly publication. Every article accepted and published is expected to contribute significantly to theoretical advancement and practical application in the field of learning and technological innovation.

To enhance global visibility, Intellect is committed to open-access dissemination, allowing unrestricted access to all published content. The journal is in the process of indexing with Crossref, Google Scholar, Dimensions, and Scopus, ensuring its contribution to the international academic community. All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA) license, supporting transparent and ethical knowledge sharing.
