The Creative Commons copyright licenses and tools forge a balance inside the traditional "all rights reserved" setting that copyright law creates. This tools give everyone from individual creators to large companies and institutions a simple, standardized way to grant copyright permissions to their creative work.

Authors who publish with Intellect : Indonesian Journal of Learning and Technological Innovation agree to the following terms: Authors retain copyright and grant the Intellect : Indonesian Journal of Learning and Technological Innovation right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a  Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY-SA 4.0)
