Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap Surat Al-A'la melalui penerapan metode Project-Based Learning (PBL) di SMKN 2 Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PBL dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam membaca, memahami, dan mengaplikasikan ayat-ayat Surat Al-A'la dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Melalui pendekatan ini, siswa menjadi lebih aktif, kreatif, dan mampu bekerja sama dalam kelompok. Penerapan metode ini juga terbukti dapat menumbuhkan pemikiran kritis dan refleksi yang mendalam terhadap nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam Surat Al-A'la.
Abstract
This study aims to improve students' understanding of Surah Al-A'la through the application of the Project-Based Learning (PBL) method at SMKN 2 Padang. This research uses a classroom action research approach with two cycles. The results show that PBL can enhance students' abilities to read, understand, and apply the verses of Surah Al-A'la in their daily lives. Through this approach, students become more active, creative, and able to collaborate in groups. The application of this method also proves to foster critical thinking and deep reflection on the values contained in Surah Al-A'la.
