HAKAMAIN: Journal of Sharia and Law Studies aims to present scholarly works related to Islamic law and contemporary legal systems, particularly within the context of Muslim/Non-Muslim countries and the Southeast Asian region. Furthermore, the journal seeks to enhance understanding of Islamic law and contemporary legal systems through the publication of original research articles, reviews, reports, and academic commentaries.
