Peningkatan Hasil Belajar PAI Melalui Pembelajaran Diskusi di Kelas Fase F2 SMAN 1 Ranah Pesisir Proposal Penelitian Tindakan Kelas
Abstract
This Classroom Action Research conducted at SMAN 1 Ranah Pesisir concludes that the use of the discussion method significantly improves student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education (PAI). In Cycle I, despite progress, a significant portion of students did not meet the expected completion standard, with 44% of students falling into the "Optimal" category. However, in Cycle II, a substantial improvement was observed, with 88% of students achieving mastery, indicating the effectiveness of the discussion method in enhancing students' understanding and involvement in learning. This reflects that the discussion method encourages students to be more actively engaged, participate in discussions, and enhance their critical thinking abilities in solving learning problems. Therefore, the application of the discussion method can be considered effective in improving PAI learning outcomes, although some students still need further attention to meet the desired standards.
