Efektivitas Metode Index Card Match (ICM) dalam Meningkatkan Pemahaman Pesan Pokok Surat At-Tiin pada Siswa

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students in Islamic Education on the material "Welcoming Adolescence" through the implementation of the Index Card Match (ICM) method. This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles at an elementary school in Pasaman. The results showed that the ICM method was effective in improving students' understanding of the Islamic Education material. The use of paired cards and group discussions in this method encouraged students to actively participate, increase learning motivation, and achieve better learning mastery. In addition, the ICM method also helped students develop critical thinking and communication skills. This study concludes that the ICM method can be an effective alternative in teaching Islamic Education.
