Peningkatan Hasil Belajar PAI dengan Menggunakan Metode Card Sort di SDN 20 Malampah Utara

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SDN 20 Malapah Utara dengan menerapkan metode Card Sort. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal, ditemukan bahwa hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI tentang membaca Surah At-Tin masih berada di bawah Kriteria Ketuntasan Ketercapaian Tujuan (KKTP). Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurang maksimalnya penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang variatif dan menarik. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menggunakan metode Card Sort untuk mendorong keaktifan siswa dan meningkatkan pemahaman mereka terhadap materi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas IV SDN 20 Malapah Utara, dengan fokus pada materi Beriman kepada Rasul Allah. Melalui penerapan metode Card Sort, diharapkan siswa menjadi lebih aktif, terlibat, dan memiliki rasa tanggung jawab yang lebih besar terhadap pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode ini dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI, baik dalam aspek kognitif maupun keterampilan sosial siswa.
Abstract
This study aims to improve students' learning outcomes in the subject of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SDN 20 Malapah Utara by applying the Card Sort method. Based on preliminary observations, it was found that students' learning outcomes in PAI, specifically in reading Surah At-Tin, were below the Criteria for Mastery of Learning Objectives (KKTP). This issue was attributed to the insufficient use of engaging and varied teaching methods. Therefore, this study applied the Card Sort method to enhance students' engagement and understanding of the material. The research was conducted in the fourth-grade class at SDN 20 Malapah Utara, focusing on the topic of Belief in the Messengers of Allah. Through the implementation of the Card Sort method, it is expected that students will become more active, involved, and take greater responsibility for their learning. The findings indicate that the application of this method significantly improved students' learning outcomes in PAI, both in cognitive and social skills aspects.
