Abstract

This study aims to explore the effectiveness of interactive learning approaches in enhancing early childhood education at RA Ibnu 'Aqil. Early childhood education is crucial in shaping the foundational cognitive, social, and emotional development of children. However, traditional methods often fail to fully engage young learners. Interactive learning, which involves active participation, hands-on activities, and collaborative tasks, is believed to foster greater engagement and deeper understanding. This research focuses on the implementation of interactive teaching strategies to improve children's language skills, problem-solving abilities, and social interactions.

The research was conducted at RA Ibnu 'Aqil, involving children aged 4 to 6 years. Data were collected through classroom observations, student assessments, and interviews with both teachers and parents. Observations focused on the level of student engagement, participation, and interactions during interactive learning activities. Assessments were used to measure improvements in language acquisition, motor skills, and cognitive development. In addition, interviews provided insights into the effectiveness of the interactive approach from both the educators' and parents' perspectives.

The findings indicate that interactive learning significantly enhanced children's ability to communicate, think critically, and collaborate with peers. Children showed a marked improvement in their ability to express ideas, use new vocabulary, and participate in group activities. Teachers also reported increased enthusiasm and active involvement from the students. The results suggest that incorporating interactive learning strategies into the curriculum at RA Ibnu 'Aqil can lead to improved educational outcomes and a more engaging learning environment for young children.
