Penerapan Metode Diskusi Inside-Outside Circle untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Komunikasi dan Kerjasama Siswa pada Pembelajaran PAI di Kelas XI SMAS Karya Bhakti Bukittinggi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi dan kerjasama siswa kelas XI F1 SMAS Karya Bhakti Bukittinggi melalui penerapan metode diskusi Inside-Outside Circle dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Selama ini, pembelajaran PAI cenderung berpusat pada guru sehingga keterampilan komunikasi dan kerjasama siswa kurang berkembang. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing terdiri atas tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar observasi, rubrik penilaian keterampilan, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan keterampilan komunikasi dan kerjasama siswa. Pada pra-siklus, hanya 30% siswa yang menunjukkan keterampilan baik, meningkat menjadi 65% pada Siklus I, dan mencapai 85% pada Siklus II. Dengan demikian, penerapan metode Inside-Outside Circle terbukti efektif dalam menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang aktif, interaktif, serta memberikan kesempatan yang merata bagi siswa untuk berpartisipasi dan mengemukakan pendapat.
