This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing a game-based learning model in increasing students' interest in mathematics at MI Tahfidz Jalaluddin Arrumi Jember. The research method used is classroom action research (CAR) with both qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and questionnaires administered to students and teachers. The results indicate that game-based learning effectively enhances students' interest in mathematics, as evidenced by increased active participation in the learning process and improved academic performance. Additionally, the use of games creates a more interactive and enjoyable learning environment, motivating students to better understand mathematical concepts. However, several challenges were identified in the implementation of this model, including limited resources and the time required to design games appropriate for the learning materials. Therefore, optimizing strategies for integrating game-based learning is essential to maximize its benefits.
