Currently, product promotion by home industries in this city is still limited to social media such as Facebook and WhatsApp, especially since the COVID-19 pandemic. However, these promotional activities have decreased, which has an impact on decreasing production. In addition, most customers only come from areas around the store or within the city of Lubuklinggau. In fact, in this digital era, the use of various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, to e-commerce, should be able to expand the reach of promotion. This study uses the Research and Development (R&amp;D) method with a 4D development model, namely Define, Design, Develop, and Dissemination. The results of the study are in the form of web-based promotional media developed using the OpenChart application. The findings show that this application is effective as a promotional media that can increase the production of regional specialties from micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Lubuklinggau. The research is motivated by the limited access to online markets and the lack of digital knowledge among MSMEs. The research method used is Research and Development (R&amp;D) with a user-oriented approach. The initial stage involved data collection through surveys and interviews to identify the needs of MSMEs and consumer preferences. The results of the data analysis were used as a basis for designing a user-friendly and attractive platform. The key features developed include an interactive product catalog, diverse payment systems, integration with social media, and order tracking features. The developed e-commerce platform was then implemented and evaluated. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in several performance indicators, such as website traffic, transaction value, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the platform successfully enhanced the brand awareness of MSMEs in the online market. This study concludes that the development of the OpenCart-based e-commerce platform is an effective solution to increase MSME product sales in Sel Beremas District. This platform not only expands market reach but also provides convenience for consumers in making transactions. The service refers to one of the products, namely package and mail transfers by providing pick-up officers and transportation facilities. The package and mail pick-up clerk is called an O-Ranger. This fulfillment aims to make it easier for officers when picking up, picking up, and processing. The innovation of package and mail pick-up services is utilized by several online shops to facilitate the delivery of goods. Thus, the sale of PT Pos Indonesia's Cibatu Garut Branch has changed so that the service can attract consumer interest and attention. The purpose of this study was to determine the interrelation of sales and consumer buying interest on the innovation of parcel and mail shuttle services at PT Pos Indonesia Cibatu Garut Branch. The method in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification research design. Determination of the sample using the Lemeshow formula and the acquisition of as many as 96 respondents with probability sampling method and stratified random sampling technique. Respondents in this study were the people of Cibatu Garut District. This study uses the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) program which aims to measure the effect of sales and buying interest on the innovation of parcel and mail delivery services at PT Pos Indonesia Cibatu Garut Branch and uses the t and F hypothesis tests to find out partially and simultaneously. This research is expected to increase market access and competitiveness of local products through the use of digital technology. Currently, home industries in the Agam and Lima Puluh Kota Regencies face various obstacles, such as limited access to a wider market, lack of effective promotional media, and the low level of adoption of digital technology by business actors. By utilizing digital technology such as OperCart, businesses can promote products more efficiently, reach a wider market, and increase competitiveness in the midst of global competition. This research uses a descriptive approach with a system development method. The research stages include needs analysis, OperCart design and implementation, and platform performance evaluation through interviews, surveys, and direct observation of users. The implementation of OperCart showed a significant increase in the effectiveness of home industry product promotion. Within three months of use, the platform managed to increase sales transactions by 40% and expand market reach by 55%. Businesses responded positively to OperCart because of its ease of use and features that support promotional needs, such as product catalogs, transaction recording, and social media integration. This research proves that digital platforms such as OperCart can be an effective solution to improve the competitiveness of home industries.
