This journal seeks to enhance the understanding and implementation of effective educational governance through the publication of original research articles, reviews, reports, and academic commentaries. JEMAST covers a wide range of topics, including Learning Management, Teacher Professional Development, Subject Content Development, Educational and Learning Strategies, Innovation in Educational Management Across the Spectrum, Development of Educational Delivery Mechanisms, Creation of Efficient Environments in Educational Resource Management, and the Sharing of New Initiatives with International Applicability.</p> <p align="justify"><strong>Journal of Educational Management and Strategy</strong> (e-ISSN : <a href="https://portal.issn.org/resource/ISSN/2964-4283">2964-4283</a>) is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal published by <strong><a href="https://makwafoundation.org/">Yayasan Lembaga Studi Makwa (Makwa Foundation)</a>,</strong> Indonesia. The articles in this journal are published bi-annually: January–June and July–December. The editorial team is committed to open and critical dialogue and encourages scholarly papers from different disciplines, using diverse methodologies, and from all corners of the globe.</p> <p align="justify">Please read and understand the author's guidelines for the preparation manuscript.
