This condition causes difficulties in tracking information, coordinating between members, and making timely decisions. Therefore, community organizations need an integrated web-based Management Information System (SIM) to facilitate data management, increase transparency, and support the decision-making process effectively. The purpose of this research is to create and build a community organization management information system that can be accessed via the internet. This system will help the North Jakarta Tribal Agency for National Unity and Politics manage and manage data on community organizations (Ormas) in a systematic and effective way. This research uses observation, interviews, and literature studies. The Waterfall System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model was employed for system development, while the Unified Modeling Language (UML) was utilized to design use case, activity, and class diagrams. The system incorporates features for data management, activity proposal submission, activity reporting, and society registration. The functionality of each feature was validated through system testing using the Blackbox method. The implementation of this information system has been demonstrated to enhance data management efficiency, reduce error occurrence, and facilitate enhanced supervision of CSO activities by the National Unity and Political Organization Tribe.</em></p> <p><em>Abstrak</em></p> <p>Organisasi kemasyarakatan saat ini seringkali menghadapi kendala dalam mengelola data anggota, kegiatan, dan keuangan secara terpusat dan efisien. Kondisi ini menyebabkan kesulitan dalam pelacakan informasi, koordinasi antaranggota, dan pengambilan keputusan yang tepat waktu. Sehingga organisasi kemasyarakatan memerlukan Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) berbasis <em>web</em> yang terintegrasi untuk memudahkan pengelolaan data, meningkatkan transparansi, dan mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan secara efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat dan membangun sistem informasi manajemen organisasi masyarakat yang dapat diakses melalui internet. Sistem ini akan membantu Suku Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara mengelola dan mengelola data organisasi masyarakat (Ormas) dengan cara yang sistematis dan efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. <em>Sistem Development Life Cycle</em> (SDLC) model <em>Waterfall</em> digunakan untuk pengembangan sistem, sementara <em>Unified Modeling Language</em> (UML) merancang diagram <em>use case, aktivitas, </em>dan<em> class</em>. Therefore, students become unfocused when working on the questions given by the teacher. So that the learning evaluation process becomes less effective with the methods used by the teacher. Therefore, valid, practical and effective learning evaluation media are needed to help teachers and students in the learning evaluation process at MTsN 6 Solok. Research and Development (R&amp;D) research method. Media development with PEE consists of planning, production, evaluation. Evaluation of the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the product is carried out using a questionnaire to assess the media that has been developed. This assessment involves media experts, teachers, and students. The test results showed that the validity test involving 4 experts produced a score of 0.82 with a valid category. The practicality test involving 11 respondents produced a score of 0.94 with a very high category. Meanwhile, the effectiveness test conducted by 1 teacher and 34 students obtained a score of 0.89 with a high effectiveness category.</em></p> <p><em>Abstrak</em></p> <p>Artikel ini didasarkan pada proses evaluasi pembelajaran masih dengan cara manual yang membutuhkan waktu untuk mengoreksi jawaban peserta didik, kendala yang sering terjadi karena terbatasnya buku cetak yang digunakan untuk melihat soal dimana peserta didik harus berbagi buku cetak dengan teman sebangku. oleh karena itu peserta didik menjadi tidak fokus saat mengerjakan soal yang diberikan guru. Sehingga proses evaluasi pembelajaran menjadi kurang efektif dengan metode yang digunakan guru. Oleh karena itu diperlukan media evaluasi pembelajaran yang valid, praktis dan efektif agar dapat membantu guru dan peserta didik dalam proses evaluasi pembelajaran di MTsN 6 Solok. Metode penelitian <em>Research and Development</em> (R&amp;D). Pengembangan media dengan PEE terdiri dari <em>planning</em> atau perencanaan, <em>production</em> atau memproduksi, <em>evaluation</em> atau evaluasi. Evaluasi terhadap validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan produk dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket untuk menilai media yang telah dikembangkan. Penilaian ini melibatkan ahli media, guru, dan peserta didik. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa uji validitas yang melibatkan 4 ahli menghasilkan skor 0,82 dengan kategori valid. Uji kepraktisan yang melibatkan 11 responden menghasilkan skor 0,94 dengan kategori sangat tinggi. This review systematically examines 15 peer-reviewed articles published between 2019 and 2024, using the PRISMA framework to evaluate the performance and applicability of rainfall prediction models for precision agriculture. The models are categorized into statistical (e.g., ARIMA), artificial intelligence (e.g., ANN, LSTM, ELM), and hybrid approaches (e.g., Neural Prophet–LSTM, ANFIS). Quantitative synthesis based on RMSE, MAE, MAPE, and R² reveals that hybrid models generally yield the highest predictive accuracy (e.g., RMSE = 0.0633; R² = 0.98), while AI models perform well on daily, nonlinear datasets but require extensive computational resources and expertise. In contrast, ARIMA remains the most practical and reliable option for monthly forecasting in data-scarce environments, offering a balance between accuracy and operational feasibility (e.g., RMSE = 69.506; MAPE = 31.41%). Contextual factors such as data availability, digital infrastructure, and user capacity significantly influence model suitability. The review also highlights real-world implementations and practical challenges—such as sensor limitations and technical skill gaps—associated with deploying advanced models. Ultimately, this review provides a comparative perspective to guide model selection based on statistical performance and implementation readiness. It further supports national food security goals by aligning predictive modeling with the operational needs of climate-resilient agriculture in supporting climate-resilient agriculture in tropical regions.</em></p> <p><em>Abstrak</em></p> <p>Prediksi curah hujan merupakan komponen penting dalam mendukung irigasi presisi, terutama di wilayah pertanian tropis yang rentan terhadap variabilitas iklim. Kajian ini secara sistematis menelaah 15 artikel ilmiah terbitan tahun 2019 hingga 2024 dengan menggunakan kerangka PRISMA, untuk mengevaluasi kinerja dan relevansi model prediksi curah hujan dalam konteks pertanian presisi. Model yang dianalisis mencakup pendekatan statistik (misalnya ARIMA), kecerdasan buatan (seperti ANN, LSTM, ELM), serta model hibrida (seperti Neural Prophet–LSTM dan ANFIS). Sintesis kuantitatif berdasarkan indikator RMSE, MAE, MAPE, dan R² menunjukkan bahwa model hibrida umumnya memberikan akurasi prediksi tertinggi (misalnya RMSE = 0,0633; R² = 0,98), sementara model AI efektif untuk data harian yang kompleks namun membutuhkan sumber daya komputasi dan keahlian teknis yang tinggi. Di sisi lain, ARIMA tetap menjadi pilihan paling praktis untuk peramalan bulanan di wilayah dengan keterbatasan data dan infrastruktur, karena mampu menyeimbangkan akurasi dan kemudahan operasional (misalnya RMSE = 69,506; MAPE = 31,41%). Faktor kontekstual seperti ketersediaan data, kesiapan infrastruktur digital, dan kapasitas pengguna sangat memengaruhi kesesuaian model. Kajian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan implementasi nyata, termasuk keterbatasan sensor dan rendahnya literasi teknologi.
