HAKAMAIN: Journal of Sharia and Law Studies is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal published by Yayasan Lembaga Studi Makwa (Makwa Foundation), Indonesia. The journal is dedicated to disseminating research conducted by researchers, academicians, and practitioners in the field of Islamic law and contemporary legal systems. The articles in this journal are published bi-annually: January–June and July–December.
This journal enthusiastically welcomes submissions from scholars and researchers in related fields who wish to contribute to advancing academic discourse.
